1. Check your spam folder. Most mail servers will sent the email to spam because it contains a download. Rescue your download from your spam folder and mark RedmundPro.com as a trusted sender. We will never send you a virus or spam.
2. If your inbox has a spam response on it which requires input, turn it off. The email server which sends the downloads to you is a no-reply box.
3. Occasionally, email is delayed in its delivery. If your download has not arrived to your inbox or spam folder within 30 minutes, contact us. A CSR will send you another email. You can always visit your confirmation page to access your download.
I do not have permission to see my download.
PayPal has delayed the response to our server saying your payment is complete. It may take a few minutes for PayPal to send the information back to our server to create your key for your download. If you have waited 30 minutes and still do not have your key, contact us and we will manually get your key. You can always visit your confirmation page to access your download.
I cannot find my download.
Click on Controls/Settings for your browser and choose Downloads or Download History. A list will display showing where your download is. Click on the option which shows you where the file is located. This is where all future purchases will also go.
